We purchased the Trapani sectional in microfiber, in mid November, 2007 over the phone after talking with and receiving several fabric samples from Modabode. Customer service was very patient and helpful with each call made, fully explaining how the process worked.
We received our lovely sofa in the final week of January. The delivery date as listed on our notice from Modabode was January 25. I did not hear from the delivery company by January 25, therefore I initiated a call to the delivery company. The person I spoke to at the trucking company explained that they would not be able to deliver on the 25th, neither did they deliver on the weekend. Because I travel quite a bit, I had to have a friend meet the delivery persons at the home to inspect and wait until the furniture was assembled.
Other than the minor problem with the delivery company, I would gladly order from Modabode again. The Trapani sectional is a beautiful piece and we have received wonderful comments from all who have seen it. It also seats lots more people in the same amount of space that a three seater sofa and one seater chair took up previously. We love it!! and can't wait to finalize the arrangement of our great room around this very unique piece.
