The BMW was wonderful, couldn't ask for anything better. However, the John Deere Tractor was not so, the bolts didn't work, I had to go to the local John Deere Tractor dealership to get replacements. The plastic was not of the quality I had expected after receiving the BMW. I am sure as my grandchildred get older I will be purchasing from you again. Rachel Dix

Estes Express Line's. Much stress during a move, Correct? When your newly purchase product arrives in the "delivery truck" and the man tells you to pay him $60.00 just to take the merchandise (that you already paid for including shipping) off the truck and then leaves with the very product you bought over 3 weeks ago when you refuse. That is stress, I had to hunt my product down and fight with the moving men to do their job. Not to mention the box was in terrible shape. The box is falling apart at the sides and bottom corner. Never AGAIN will I go through such a stress of completing a transaction through to the end with this company. And I will let every one know my experience when they ask where I got the bed. I had no problem with Mobileation or their merchandise. But would you go to a restaurant that has great food but dirty tables? Great store but Sneaky Moving People.

My only regret is that I didn't purchase all my summer toys from them! I chose to go with another company for my swingset purchase as all the items were suppose to be in stock and cost less.....WRONG. I should have spend the little extra in cost and stayed with Mobileation...they needed to order from the swingset company too BUT they are honest about what is and isn't in stock and about delivery time. I will definately shop Mobileation again and again!

Mobileation's customer service was better than excellent!! I spoke to Lois about not receiving my order and I told her I'd call her the next day when she would have info from the shipper for me. Well I forgot to call and she called me 2 days after my initial call and let me know what had happened and when the tractor would be shipping. She was so nice and I appreciated how she handled everything so quickly and courteously. We need more Lois' in the world!!I received my order 1 day after the day Lois told me it would ship! the problem i had was with peg perego i think. the fire rescue bike was all in order except for the most important thing which is --- the battery. it was so disappointing specially after assembling the bike, my kids were unable to ride the bike and we had to wait another week for the battery.

I was impressed with the selection and prices of the items we were considering. The item we purchased was shipped directly from the manufacturer, and was shipped via freight forwarder, not UPS or Fed Ex. Because of that, it was impossible to track when the shipment would arrive. Although the web site said to allow 4-6 weeks, the item arrived in only about 2 weeks! We got a great deal, and the item is exactly what we wanted. Overall, a very positive shopping experience.

Midnight came approx. 10 days after we ordered it. The box looked like it had been thru a tornado, it was ripped and dented, I was surprised that we actually had all of the parts we needed to assemble it. I was VERY unimpressed with the paint job, hand painted with an airbrush, and it looked like it had been the last one done on a Friday-I plan on painting it myself so at least it looks better!! My daughter seems to love it but it's too big for a Tall 16 month old (she's 33 inches tall). She can get up on it and down off of it herself but it's too far to fall to let her play on it unattended. The noise box is cute, but only does one Horse sound/galloping sounds. It doesn't actually go along with the amount of movement your child is giving the toy, it's the same repitition of noises time after time. It's not a bad toy, it's just a bit more $ than I would expect to pay for what you actually get. I do like the noise feature, but don't know that it's worth the extra $. It seems to be sturdy and the spring covers are a must, but again, the paint job is really poor-very disappointed in that. Luckily I didn't have to contact the company "Mobileation Ride On Toys" because there was no info on how to do so! Buyer beware I guess! Grace's Mom

The tractor was exactly as described. There was a small delay in shipping (from Peg Perego, not Mobileation), but aside from the the whole shopping expereience went very well.

If in the market, I would consider purchasing additional products from this merchant. Our order was handled professionally and quickly. They lived up to what they claimed they could and would do. Customer service was friendly and efficient.

I would buy from this merchant again. I received the item damaged, BUT it was not shipped directly from Mobilation. It shipped from the manufactor directly. The only thing I would suggest is to send out an email when your item ships with tracking info so you know when to expect it. I had to call the merchant for this info. Otherwise a good experience.
