i appreciated the information about the possiblity of pictures on the box.the item came very quickly and in perfect condition.The only complaint was from the delivery service.They left it on the porch and never acknowledged that it was there so my children found it.I was at home at the time of delivery.

My experience was rather uneventful. I identified the product I wanted, and followed their instructions on placing the order. They provided receiving precautions, which we followed, and did not have any problems at all in purchasing the product. In fact, I have forwarded their email address to several associates of mine that have grandchildren, and would like to purchase a similar product for them.

The merchandise arrived even earlier than expected, as the item was on back order. It is also great that there is no charge for shipping and handling, which is one of the reasons I chose Mobileation.

Actually I had never seen a toy car like this, I was so use to the little trucks and buggy cars that you see all the other little kids riding on, so when I got your web site and seen the BMW and all the other cars I was floored and I said I must get this for my baby something totally different. It's beautiful and I love it, If I was to ask anything different, that would be to have the lights work to make it look even more realistic.

I originally recieved the wrong charger for my product and had to call for a replacement (how happy will the kid be when she can't play with her new dead toy?) The Customer Service representative went out of her way to get me a replacement part, even though they were officially "closed for inventory" and unable to ship for 2-3 weeks. That fact alone is enough to make me shop again.

The customer service of Mobileation was very friendly - there was trouble with my shipment tracking number, and although the tracking issue was never resolved, the people I spoke to at customer service did their best to find an answer for me. Actually getting my purchase turned out to be very problematic. My item arrived 2 weeks after expected, and I never was able to track where it was, or when it might arrive. I even tried calling the shipper directly, but each time they did not have me or my tracking number in their system. Finally, the shipper contacted me to say they had my purchase, but even after delivery had been scheduled over the phone, the tracking number provided by Mobileation never worked. I don't know if the trouble came from Mobileation, the shipper, or the manufacturer, but it was a very frustrating experience to spend a good sum of money on a purchase that couldn't be found for a while, and could never be tracked.

The merchant is great; their website is great and their response to my phone inquiries was great. But I will not repeat my order until they gain some control over their shippers. My grandson's birthday present did not make it for his birthday due to 1) mobileation's delay in processing order; and 2) shipper's delay in shipping.
