These people are a major rip-off. Stay away!!! I ordered a Toshiba laptop battery and they sent a generic knock-off that had a different part number which was not even compatible with my laptop (I did my homework and knew exactly what battery I wanted). They never responded to my two emails. I finally got them on the phone and they said they had emailed me back (I went back and checked, no such email). They gave me an RMA number but did not say anything about shipping. I called again to ask for a shipping label but they refused to pay for the return shipping. When I pointed out that it was their error, they said I had ordered the wrong one for my laptop. I told them that their opinion did not matter and that they were obligated to send me exactly what I had ordered. And, in addition, the knock-off battery they sent was less expensive than the one I was charged for. As I became more upset, the customer service rep (Evan, the second one I spoke with during this phone call) began laughing at me (I also heard others laughing in the background, he may have put me on speaker phone). Evan at first refused to give me contact information for their home office, telling me it was in China. I was finally given contact information in California. Who knows if it's accurate. I will definitely be pursuing this matter further. Absolutely do not do business with these people! Save yourself money and aggravation. I just had the same problem with another company and they processed my RMA and shipping label immediately.
