The skillet, although good quality, was not exactly what I expected. I thought that I was purchasing a non-seasoned skillet. Could be my error in interpreting the description; I will re-check. I am keeping the item anyway.

All was fine with the merchandise but the color swatch was so small that it does not match my decor. I am not sure how to return it and need to check with the company. There was no packing slip in the box.

The color swatches on-line do not show how bright the colors really are. Would have ordered the next darker shade from the one that was delivered as "Kelly green" Will stand up and bit you with the color.

My only issue is that the WebSite stated free shipping. I thought it was going to apply. When i saw the bill I went back to the Site and researched further and found free shipping applied to a small select group of products. I failed to read the fine print. It's deceptive but a majority of vendors use that tactic. This one's on me as I got careless. I still don't like that with many vendors this game must be played.

the produce--wine bottle stoppers0--look like they will work ok. Time will tell. But the shipping charge is excessive. equivalent to a 43% tax on the product. The items were extremely light and postage itself would have been low. For this reason, I will try to avoid this vendor.

This was a tablecloth that was specifically for Thanksgiving. On Wednesday, I received an email that it had shipped from the factory the previous day. It would not arrive until the Monday after Thanksgiving. i sent an email to Mission expressing my displeasure. Lauren called back and expressed her apologies. When I received the tablecloth on Monday, it was in a shipping box with no protective covering - just "thrown" into the box. The tablecloth is too long, but I will not return it - I will just deal with it, because I do not want to deal with the compnay anymore regarding this order.

Finding the right clips was easily done. Purchasing on line went well with no problems. I was informed by computor that there would be a delay in shipment. Which all went well. I received the table skirt clips and they fit well on my tables.

This is the first time I ordered from this company. I received the merchandise on time however, when I opened the box that contained my knife the platic sleeve that was supposed to be protecting my knife was all ripped apart and my knife was sliding around loose in the box. An e-mail sent to this company about my order went unanswered. The knife itself appears to be okay. Haven't used it yet.
