Tracking number was not provided because item was shipped directly from manufacturer despite "Stock Item" description on Mission Restaurant Supply website. Called two times to check if item was "out of stock." First call "customer rep" response poor. Second call "customer rep" response good. Good toaster, good price! Maybe holiday caused delay??

Though the peel was only 11.00 it was put in a large box with no packing the box looked like someone kicked it about six times, handle of peel was sticking out the top. Secondly the aluminum finish of the peel had areas of marring and scratches that I feel certain did not occur in shipment but rather were present on peel before shipment. As I said it wasn't expensive but it was meant to be given as a gift so appearance was important. The peel is great for the price but the company falls very short in the inspection and shipping procedures of their product.

This place is a total ripoff. I purchased a few very small items that only weighed a third of a pound - and was charged $17.50 for UPS Ground shipping! Only a dollar less than I paid for all the items! And when they finally arrived, they were cheap and shoddy and not at all as described on the website. And when I tried to return them, I was told that there would be a 20% restocking fee. So now I'm out $17.50 for their exorbitant shipping, $4.50 (the ACTUAL cost to ship the items), and a 20% restocking fee. Nice.

Their sales staff were extremely helpful when I called to get more information about an item before I made my purchase. Mission Restaurant Supply is definitely the place to shop for restaurant equipment and supplies.

One of their salesmen "promised me the mine and gave me the shaft". He agreed that if I bought some equipment from 'em they would do some preliminary design work at no cost.

I plunked down over $3000 for some refrigeration equipment. Got no design work. Would not even return my emails. My take is the guy was just after a quick sale.

I will not spend another dime with 'em.
