I finally feel like I found the perfect bag. All the sisters in my congregation want one. The quality is superb. I ordered my bag on July 8, 2008 and it arrived on July 17. I was pleasantly surprised with such fast delivery.I ordered the brown Pioneer Portfolio. It is so neat and organized. Everything has a place! This is it! I am no longer searching for the right bag. Overall It was a good experience and I appreciated the products offered. I would've like to have known why at first it said my account was expired when I had just order from the website a little over three weeks earlier while I was trying to track the order. Still waiting for a response. Other than that, it was a good shopping experience.

I ordered a Natural deluxe bible cover for my deluxe bible, quite big. I also ordered a Black paperback cover for my paperback bible, a snug fit, pages eventually will be damaged. Decided to test the fit by switching the two covers...deluxe cover on paperback, paperback on deluxe....it fits! Although the Natural cover is a little big, I kept it. I requested a new cover for the paperback cover. Explained the situation to customer service and they sent me another cover NO DIFFERENCE IN SIZE! I sent another e-mail with a photo explaining that the natural cover is bigger and would like a black cover in the same size as the natural cover.

Customer service accused me of ordering the wrong size. Been accused of putting in the wrong order.

My advice, order the deluxe cover for the paperback to be on the safe side!!!
