Web was easy to get around in. I felt that it took a bit longer to get my order than it does with other vendors that I buy from. The piece that I bought was very nice for the money and I will probably buy more of that particular piece from them.

I ordered the wrong size, and re-ordered it in the correct size. The staff was very courteous and sent me the correct size. I then put the wrong size in the box with a note to credit my account. I am hoping that all goes well. I am very pleased with the company and will order again.

I had ordered two initial necklaces "K" and a "D". The "K" was absolutely perfect. The "D" had a CZ set at the top just as the letter curved that was set a little lower or deeper down than the rest. It gave the set an appearance (pending on how it was hanging and the light reflection) of a discolored stone or a dark gray appearance. I am wanting to exchange it for another letter as this was Christmas gift and I had purchased something else for my friend in the meantime. I would like an "R" initial for me instead. I think your jewelry is absolutely beautiful and I am very pleased with the quality. This was just a little set-back and will certainly not hinder me from shopping with you. I just gave a sales clerk tonight at a big dept store your email address as she loved the ring I had ordered from you a couple of months ago. Thank you so much. When I finally received my order, which took a month to get it. The ring did not look like picture. There were two stones that were missing. I was not impressed what so ever. When contacting customer service to ask about my order and when would I receive it, the person acted like she didnt know what she was doing. I felt like I was getting the run around. I had to be the one to keep calling back to find out any new information. Which there never was. After 3 different attempts I finally received my item. One good thing is that the website is well put together, just the item that I ordered was not what I was expecting.

I received damaged jewelery and they tried to say that I damaged it, and would only do an exchanged. I would have been happy with an exchange of one ring and a refund on the other. They should inspect that product before they send it and not send me damaged items

The jewelry was really pretty. I had to return it because it was too big. My credit card was credited almost immediately. I plan to place future orders with this company. I was amazed at how fast I received my order. I will order from this company again in the future.
