Having reviewed several online culinary outlets, I found Metro Kitchen's layout to be far superior to any other site. You can find what you are looking for effortlessly and Metro Kitchen DOES NOT require its patrons to jump through the usual "information hoops" that I find other online merchants require when all you want is some basic information about their products or their site.
Their selection is excellent, and their pricing schemes are slightly less expensive than other sites offering identical merchandise.
However, even more important to my way of thinking, after several lengthy discussions with Jay-Paul at Metro Kitchen, it is very apparent their dedication to Customer Service has their highest priority. They went out of their way to ensure several special requests I made were attended to graciously regarding an important gift, and the entire transaction was handled with the care I would offer my own patrons. Top shelf, in my humble opinion. Truly excellent.
