Terrible service to international customers. Meritline is obviously not interested in servicing this market so should just shut it down completely. Ill-equiped to handle international credit cards and dealing with credit card companies for confirmation (could not confirm at alternate address on an international credit card - ridiculous. Service reps respond like moronic robots applying no common sense to a situation. Better to shop at amazon or ebay - true internet companies!

shopping at Meritline is always a pleasant experience. They have reasonable prices and things are always on sale. My only complaint is that I wish there delivery prices were a little less expensive and the delivery dates were faster than 5 business days for ground transportation.

Pleasent experence overall. The prices are reasonable, but their shipping and handleing fees are high. The software arrived in a timely manner and even though I had contacted to cancel my order, it had already been filled and was on it's way. The customer service rep.(Evellen?) I spoke to said to refuse the package and I would recieve a full refund, but I accepted it anyway to use as a backup for my other copy program. I was satisfied and will definately order from them again. I've e-mailed several friends and sent their web add. as a link for referal.
