There were substantial rebates offered on the QMS ink cartridges I ordered. I couldn't get them to come up during the order, and as far as I know they were never credited. Since they came to close to $30, I wasn't happy about the situation.

The address was correct, I have just received several letters and international shipping, but the UPS could not find. By phone after a hundred of voices machines someone tolked with me and after that I had to wait more almost a week. It is unacceptable! And I think the Meritline could have a way of tracking to help us with UPS. Thank you

I received the DVD's plastic cases with many abrasions on the clear plastic. They looked almost used. I know this is probably unlikely. So, I assume they have been moved many times and are abraided from constant movement. Also, they are slightly larger than I have purchased from other vendors, hence, the DVD printed insert has a 1/4 in. gap at each end. Looks very bad. I assume these were produced outside the U.S. and they are seconds or factory rejects. I would definitely not order any product from an unknown manufacturer again.

After perhaps 50 orders or so over the years, Meritline continues to merit my business.  Whenever I need something in the computer equipment and supplies area, I check their site first.  Great company in my epinion!

I have written several reviews on goods and services for Epinions over the past few years.

I have used Meritline for several purchases over the past several months as a supplier for my video editing business. I have encountered no serious problems. The only snafu was 3 of the 100 slim jewel cases I rec'd were broken one time, but that is not a deal-breaker. Besides, Meritline offered me credit for the damage.

I have ordered bulk DVD and CD media, bulk cases, a burner, and ink jet cartridges. I've spent probably over a $1000 or more by now on about 8 different transactions. I live in southern California (where Meritline is located) and my orders via credit card are always received within a few business days.

I have found Meritline to be dependable with a great selection, competitive prices, and fast service. One time, an item was back-ordered, but they notified me of the delay almost immediately.
