No fuss, no hiccups, smooth transaction.  I heaved a sigh of relief because the bike I had ordered arrived well and complete enough, compared to the people who received the same item only with missing or broken pieces.  I felt I had averted a big pile of endless phone calls and emails had my experience with shipping been the same as with the people who ordered the same product from the store.  I credit Mercantilla for this.

The free shipping and no sales tax did alot to sway me to buy here instead of somewhere else.

My Husband has had on and off back issues for some time now. We thought it was just the perils of getting older. I don't really remember where we saw the idea for an inversion table, but we thought the idea behind it was good enough to give it a try! After a lot of looking, we found that the best prices and even free shipping came from the Mercantila Online Store. We ordered one and couldnt believe how fast it got here! Putting it together was a breeze and we were very pleased at how sturdy and well built it was. We got a great deal and although he hasnt been using it for a long time, my husband really thinks its doing him a lot of good already! 1st time buying through Mercantila and I must say it was a painless transaction. I placed my order on a Wednesday and received it the following week. Quality of merchandise was superb! The merchandise was a massage table for my daughter for her graduation.  She gave me the name of the company and told me to give Mercantila a call because her school ordered their equipment from them. I was kind of leery of ordering it on line because I did not know whether it would be sturdy enough to handle all her clients. Surprised because my husband and I were her 1st clients and the table did beautifully! I ordered a Stamina Magnetic Fusion 4545 Recumbent bike from the Fitness Equipment Superstore through Mercantila.  Two weeks later, I can say that the bike seems to be a good value for the price.  The product was exactly as advertised.  Delivery speed was excellent through FedEx ground.  Overall I am pleased with my purchase and the product.

Purchased The Pool Cleaner online from Mercantila.  Website was having a few screen formatting problems the day I ordered, but everything worked as expected and the product order was confirmed in an email afterwards.  Web tracking of order worked well and product was delivered quickly and was exactly as described.

I planned to order a kitchen sink from undermountsinks.com, but had a question first.  So I called the 1-800 number which connected me with Mercantila.  Satisfied with the answers I was given, I proceeded to order the sink from the online operator since it would save me some time.  WAS I WRONG! The sales associate ordered the wrong sink.  I tried to exchange it by following the online directions, but nothing happened.  So I returned the item and have yet to see my money. 

After some online investigating, I have determined that Mercantila is a parent company of some online retailers.  The websites look similar to each other, with the same 1-800 number.  The contact information for some of these sites listed Mercantila as the main company.

They are theives!  BUYER BEWARE!

I ordered a pool cleaner. The price was the best anywhere and the delivery was excellent. The only "wish they did it differently" was that I received an e-mail indicating the shipment was made on the 20th but the shipper didn't pick up the shipment until the 23rd. Overall, I would use them again!

My experience with Mercantilia-The Massage Store was very positive. The service person who took my order was accurate and friendly and sought answers from a supervisor that he did not have.  The product (Earthlite Vortex Seated Massage Chair) arrived in the color I ordered, on time, and in perfect condition.  I was provided with a tracking number.

It was a great pleasure working with Mercantila, they had the best price for the product I was buying and it arrived within the time stated. I ordered a pool cleaner which after many months of researching the product and prices on line, I found that Mercantila had a good rating and and they had the best prices. Their website was very easy to use, unlike the majority of websites, I didn't have to hunt around for links, it was very easy on the eyes to view.

As a first time buyer at Mercantila I was very pleased with my shopping experience. It shipped out faster than what I expectedgiving me plenty of time to have it set up. I was a little worried about setting it up without any help, but it went smoother than anticipated. The product was as advertised and I am happy with the purchase.

Delivery was timely and as expected.  Order was accurate. Customer service - I did not have to deal with them so I cannot offer an opinion.  Overall satisfaction - low (product was of poor quality, assembly was more of a hassle than advertised and I am reasonably handy).   This product was definitely not worth the price.   This is not a problem of the story however - I should have known better and not to trust too much salesmanship descriptions.  For the quality of the product (it looks cheap, is built cheap, and will hardly last more than a year) the price is too much.  But I realized it only after I had it built up.

I was impressed with how fast I received the delivery.  I am at present using the giddy up core exercise machine and I am looking forward to positive results.  Thus far I am happy with the beginning of the working my way back from nerve damage, right leg weakness, and abdomen weakness due my fourth cancer surgery.  With the help of the giddy up core exercise machine I hope to make this easier than the previous times.

The equipment I ordered arrived exactly on the schedule provided.  I found it at the lowest price at the Mercantila store and was even able to take advantage of a Memorial Day promotion to save about $20 on my order.  Shipping was done with Fedex and I could track my package every step of the way.

Ordering through Mercantila was quick and easy, and I was kept informed of my purchase status all the way through delivery.
