We were thrilled with our toy box.  We have a lab mix, about 80 pounds but sweet as can be.  He has accumulated so many toys over the years because of his gentlness.  He never ruins a toy & we were running out of places to store them.  Everyone at our gathering was in awe over the toy box.  It is so cute & sturdy.  We love it!!!

This website has exceptional descriptions of its products, including very helpful reviews of same. My rowing machine came to me exactly as described, exactly as ordered, and in record time (less than a week) via Fed Ex. I am very satisfied with my shopping experience with this organization, and will definitely use their website again.

I received $105.00 in extra chargebacks on my credit card due to mistakes that these guys made! Called my credit card company and they said it was the fault of the trampoline superstore (AKA Mercantila). If you really want to read a review the trampoline superstore you need to also read the reviews on Mercantila. Mercantila owns this store and they are the guys who will screw up your order sticking you with chargeback  fees!   The delivery however was very fast and the price was very good for this product. If you do decide to order from them just make sure you pay with paypal and you should be alright. Whatever you do...do not give them your credit card.

I found a chaise lounge I liked on Mercantila--but the webpage for the lounge displayed three photos; one of the lounge I wanted to purchase, and two of another lounge.  When I questioned the sales representative she advised me not to purchase the lounge until she confirmed with her supervisor which lounge was available.  Several hours later I called back and was assured by the same woman that the lounge I wanted was available and that the other two photos were a mistake.  So, I placed an order and a few weeks later the wrong lounge shows up on my doorstep. I refused delivery and over a month later I still have no refund. If you want to place an order, the wait time is reasonable because they are more than happy to take your money.  However, to talk to anyone knowledgeable about the refund process you wait on hold for about 45 minutes.  NEVER AGAIN.

We wanted to order the Bazoongi 48 inch bouncer for Christmas but it was out of stock everywhere.  At Mercantila we were told we could place our order but that it was backordered and probably would not receive it until the end of January.  They said they would ship it as soon as possible.  It came two weeks before Christmas...a wonderful surprise for us and for our Grandson!  We are very pleased since all of the other stores would not even take our order.  We will order from them again.

Fantastic. Totallly pleased with the service. The order came quickly and was exactly what I had ordered. I love the inversion table. It works as described and has been good for my back. It was very easy to put together: took me about an hour and then it was ready to use. All the pieces and parts were in the box, even the tools needed to put it together. It takes a bed sitting 12" off the floor to store it under. I lean mine against the wall out of the way. It takes 30 seconds to set up and within a minute I can be hanging upside down. It is exactly what I hoped for and has been beneficial to my back.

I would highly recommend purchasing from this company. I was pleasantly surprised by the exceptional customer service I received and the ease of purchasing through them. I was interested in an Inversion table, but had questions about different manufacturers and models. I was also hesitant to purchase a large item online. But, after reading positive reviews, I decided to give Mercantila a try. I called and was shocked to find, not only was I able to speak to a real person (on a Saturday evening no less) but that person was also very knowledgeable about the product. Shipping was free for the product I purchased and it was delivered on the exact date as promised. They kept me informed by email from the moment of purchase through the delivery. They truly deliver, in every possible way!

Shopping was easy. Item is sturdy. the only con is that it's so high that one has to hold on to something so as not to fall off or fall down. The tension is rather high and no adjustment to lower it.  It's not made for beginners like myself until I can build up my strength first not to fall but hope to get to it some day.

I ordered a 5 piece dining room set from The Dining Room Superstore. I was shipped the table only. The quality is terrible the oak trim is and 1/8 inch from the top of the table surface leaving a edge on the top surface of the table.  It is flimsy and useless with no chairs. Without a phone number to call on the website you have to send an email with your number and they are susposed to call back. I wish I would have seen thier ratings before I ordered. Tell all your friends "DO NOT ORDER ANYTHING FROM MERCANTILA"

I had a great experience with Mercantilla.  The website was easy to navigate, had lots of variety, and good reviews. They have alot of deals  and daily specials. when I found the stroller I liked, The order process was easy.  They sent me a tracking number right away, and I got my stroller in great condition. They shipped my product within 2-3 days and With Fed Ex Ground shipping I got my product within a week.  The email communication was very thourough.  They sent me a confirmation email, one when my order was shipped and a final survey email after I recieved the item. 

 They also had the best price.  I looked at about 5 other stores with the exact same product, and Mercantilla beat them all by $50 or more!!  I'll definately be a repeat customer.
