I ordered a Concept 2 rowing machine and had no issues with anything related to the purchase. It arrived smoothly and was exactly as expected.

It was fine. Said they would ship fedex, sent ups. Box arrived damaged bad enough to bend the metal around the product. I was able to fix it in about 20 minutes. All in all, good experience. One thing I did not like is that their confirmation email said I couldn't call and could only contact them via email which in unacceptable these days. If there is a problem, I want to SPEAK to someone. Also, not a fan of their multiple store brandings - they seem to hide the (Mercantilla) brand which has some poor reviews.. They had a great price!

I did not order the item...it was a gift.  My mother-in-law did foreward me all the e-mails as it was delivered to our home.  They did update frequently on order and delivery status, it was delivered faster than expected.

Had many products to choose from, best yet they had reviews of the products they were selling making research for finding the best thing to fit the needs of my family.  Delivery was on spot to the estimate was given.  Friendly customer service, when I called the number listed on the site to ask question the agent was friendly and knowledgeable; overall I give Mercantila 2 thumbs up. I love my pilates reformer!  It provides a great workout, it is not too long (30 mins.) and it is built well.  It came on time, but I did not enjoy paying the $48 shipping fee.   I use it a lot, but I wish the lady on the DVD would go slower in her directions.  The reformer provides a good all body workout.

I purchased a Schwinn Airdyne exercycle for my son as a christmas gift.  The Fitness Equipment Superstore had the best price and offered FREE Fed Ex shipping as well.   The correspondence following the purchase transaction was exceptional.  An order confirmation arrived via email within minutes.  Confirmation that the product was going to a warehouse for shipment arrived within hours.  Ongoing communication let us know when the warehouse released the bike for shipment and provided a FedEx tracking number as well.   Although I did not expect the shipment to take place until Jan 14, 2010, the bike arrived by Christmas Eve.

My order was easy and convenient to make.  But the follow up was even better.  While I was told the Airdyne would not be shipped until January 10, 2010, it was shipped within two days of the order and arrived before Christmas.  The tracking information was outstanding as well and accurate within minutes. 

The Bike was easy to put together and is performing as well as my old Airdyne, which was 20 years old and still working pretty well.

Overall the process of getting the new Airdyne was spectacular.

Received my Merit Fitness 715T Treadmill when promised, although the motor cover was cracked and the wrong manual was included with it. I contacted Merit Fitness and received a new motor cover and correct manual within a few days.

The product arrived quickly and in good conditions.  They kept in constant contact about the status of the order.  They sent updates when the product was being pulled from the warehouse, when it was loaded and when it was shipped.  It was great to have so much information.  No problems with delivery, they dropped the large package right at my door.  It was a really good price and deal as well.  So overall, it was a good experience, and would definitely use them again for any future purchase.

We were thrilled with our toy box.  We have a lab mix, about 80 pounds but sweet as can be.  He has accumulated so many toys over the years because of his gentlness.  He never ruins a toy & we were running out of places to store them.  Everyone at our gathering was in awe over the toy box.  It is so cute & sturdy.  We love it!!!

My rowing machine came to me exactly as described, exactly as ordered, and in record time (less than a week) via Fed Ex. I received $105.00 in extra chargebacks on my credit card due to mistakes that these guys made! Called my credit card company and they said it was the fault of the trampoline superstore (AKA Mercantila). If you really want to read a review the trampoline superstore you need to also read the reviews on Mercantila. Mercantila owns this store and they are the guys who will screw up your order sticking you with chargeback  fees!   The delivery however was very fast and the price was very good for this product. If you do decide to order from them just make sure you pay with paypal and you should be alright. Whatever you do...do not give them your credit card.

I found a chaise lounge I liked on Mercantila--but the webpage for the lounge displayed three photos; one of the lounge I wanted to purchase, and two of another lounge.  When I questioned the sales representative she advised me not to purchase the lounge until she confirmed with her supervisor which lounge was available.  Several hours later I called back and was assured by the same woman that the lounge I wanted was available and that the other two photos were a mistake.  So, I placed an order and a few weeks later the wrong lounge shows up on my doorstep. I refused delivery and over a month later I still have no refund. If you want to place an order, the wait time is reasonable because they are more than happy to take your money.  However, to talk to anyone knowledgeable about the refund process you wait on hold for about 45 minutes.  NEVER AGAIN.

We wanted to order the Bazoongi 48 inch bouncer for Christmas but it was out of stock everywhere.  At Mercantila we were told we could place our order but that it was backordered and probably would not receive it until the end of January.  They said they would ship it as soon as possible.  It came two weeks before Christmas...a wonderful surprise for us and for our Grandson!  We are very pleased since all of the other stores would not even take our order.  We will order from them again.

Fantastic. Totallly pleased with the service. The order came quickly and was exactly what I had ordered. I love the inversion table. It works as described and has been good for my back. It was very easy to put together: took me about an hour and then it was ready to use. All the pieces and parts were in the box, even the tools needed to put it together. It takes a bed sitting 12" off the floor to store it under. I lean mine against the wall out of the way. It takes 30 seconds to set up and within a minute I can be hanging upside down. It is exactly what I hoped for and has been beneficial to my back.
