I found Mercantila Online Store to have great-unequaled customer service.  I called the store to see if they could match the price I saw on another website because they advertised lowest price matching.  The service rep was so helpful and courteous and really tried to get me the discount.  Even though the website I was trying to match wasn't considered a lower price, because I would have gotten a discount coupon instead of a true reduction in price, the service rep from Mercantila continued to give me helpful information, for instance, I was going to have to pay sales tax because of the state I lived in.  Because the service rep was so helpful to me I decided that I wanted to buy from them just because I knew if I had a problem I was going to have a customer service rep who was going to take care of the problem.  Once I placed my order I received email updates on the status of my order.  I was emailed several times from the time I ordered until my order arrived at my door.  I was never wondering if I was actually going to get my order.  Nice!  My order actually left the warehouse 2 days sooner than was originally projected.  So, I was thrilled to have FREE and FAST shipping.  When the package arrived it was in near perfect condition.  I was concerned about that because of the size, and because some reviewers had trouble with damaged shipments.  But the shipper was careful not to damage the box.  Also, I found the on-line reviews to be extremely accurate and so I got what I expected.  I found a great on-line store and will shop with them often.
