I ordered a good quality futon mattress to replace the cheap one that came with the sofa/bed frame we purchased a few years ago when the kids were small. Excellent and knowledgeable sales rep helped us select the one we purchased.  We discussed several different styles and she felt this fit our needs the best.  She was right! (Reviews online supported this also.)
It arrived very quickly (even with free shipping!) and was exactly what we wanted.  Highest praise to this company and product we selected.  We have only had it four days, but so far all is great and son is sleeping very well.  Toughest thing now is getting him OUT of bed!  Hey, I was 14 once...
This is his primary mattress so we wanted something he could really get some good sleep on (he is now 14 and almost six feet tall) and would also be appropriate as he moves on ... he can adapt it to a couch, or use as secondary bed and have friends over.
Mattress came through well in all aspects, comfort, value and price, speedy delivery and also (as we said) good customer service. 
Sales rep took time with me on the phone and encouraged me to read other reviews, which I did.  Overall a good experience, good bed, nice value and an experience that I can definitely recommend for others.
