The trampoline and video are great.  It was just as promised.  There was an unexpected, on-line glitch with my credit card and the very next day I got a lovely email from the company concerned with their ability to ship the item immediately. This was followed up by a cheerful representative who was concerned that I'd be disappointed.  This glitch was easily resolved on the phone because I had inadvertently transposed a number.  No sooner was this resolved by phone than a hour later, a follow up e-mail was sent to me  thanking me for correcting the order information and assuring me that the item had shipped.  Three days later, the trampoline was in my apt.  Overall, I am thrilled with the follow up on phone and via email. Customer relations and satisfaction was great.  The representative called me at dinner time and apologized for interrupting. He asked for a better time to call, and then it was THE SAME representative who followed up, not someone else reading his notes.  Shipping was incredibly fast shipping and a request for confirmation of delivery email followed. Finally, the quality of the product is excellent.   This is definitely a great vendor to do business with.  If I have occasion to shop with them again without hesitation- I will!!
