DO NOT buy from them at any COST.

I wanted to order a pool table and looked around, found their site. 110% price match and free shipping drew me in! Called up to get the price match, got a good deal instead b/c of their guidelines. Was told it was in stock, shipping from their warehouse. THIS IS a lie. They deal with the manufacturers and never have anything in a warehouse.

After waiting 1 1/2 weeks for my pool table with no tracking info, I call them and was told they would email me the details from the manufacturer. After the 4th phone call they finally tell me the truth...it was never shipped. At this point I am furious. The guy Jason tells me he will call them up in the morning to find out when they would ship and then he'd call me to let me know since at this point I was threatening to cancel my order all together. He never calls me the following day. I call him and he tells me he never called them, I let him know not to worry b/c Im canceling my order. Now I have to wait for them to contact the manufacturer again to be sure it wasn't in stock.

At this time, I was furious. My order was place 2 weeks ago and never shipped. I am mad as all hell and I just want this nightmare to end by canceling my order. OH by the way, they had already charged me for the pool table which was NEVER shipped...Nice of them, isn't it? Now they allow me to go ahead and cancel. As of 2 days ago I have not been credited.

If you order from this site you can see by the reviews it's a 99/1 % chance you will have a horrendous experience with them. Looking on their site and reading the customer testimonials seemed convincing enough but I'm sure that's the 5% of customers that actually had no problems. They are either inexperienced or want to torture their customers.
