Good products, excellent website and super fast delivery.  The company provided package tracking information and updates throughout the delivery.  Product arrived exactly when stated. Great coupons and discounts offered after initial purchase.  Great online shopping experience!

Shopping was easy. Item is sturdy. the only con is that it's so high that one has to hold on to something so as not to fall off or fall down. The tension is rather high and no adjustment to lower it.  It's not made for beginners like myself until I can build up my strength first not to fall but hope to get to it some day.

I ordered a 5 piece dining room set from The Dining Room Superstore. I was shipped the table only. The quality is terrible the oak trim is and 1/8 inch from the top of the table surface leaving a edge on the top surface of the table.  It is flimsy and useless with no chairs. Without a phone number to call on the website you have to send an email with your number and they are susposed to call back. I wish I would have seen thier ratings before I ordered. Tell all your friends "DO NOT ORDER ANYTHING FROM MERCANTILA"

I had a great experience with Mercantilla.  The website was easy to navigate, had lots of variety, and good reviews. They have alot of deals  and daily specials. when I found the stroller I liked, The order process was easy.  They sent me a tracking number right away, and I got my stroller in great condition. They shipped my product within 2-3 days and With Fed Ex Ground shipping I got my product within a week.  The email communication was very thourough.  They sent me a confirmation email, one when my order was shipped and a final survey email after I recieved the item. 

 They also had the best price.  I looked at about 5 other stores with the exact same product, and Mercantilla beat them all by $50 or more!!  I'll definately be a repeat customer.

I am very pleased with the Gravity inversion table I bought.  It is sturdy and well-made.The shipping was very prompt and FREE.  The price that was advertised is exactly what I paid.The assembly instructions could be more detailed, but I was able to assemble the unit with little difficulty.

I ordered the product at night, it was processed the next day.  I expected to receive the item in two weeks or more and received it in less than 1 week.  Bear in mind the item in question weighs over a hundred pounds.  Can't ask for more.

I have not had much time to use my new row machine since I pull a muscle in my back raking leaves, but I can tell you my order came faster than I had expected. Mercantila did a great job keeping me updated on the progress of my order via e-mail. However, before buying my row machine from Mercantila, I checked other web sites for the same row machine, but all of Mercantila competitors were much more expensive and/or did not include free shipping, so I was happy about the price. When I recieved the product it wasn't too hard to assemble. It took me 15 minutes or less. I like equipment that fulfills a basic purpose and its not too complicated. I think this row machine will fit in just fine with all of my other equipment.

I ordered the Stamina Magnetic Resistance 4825 Recumbent bike from Mercantila. The bike requires assembly and was delivered in great condition with no missing pieces. Delivery was fast and the bike was reasonably priced. In fact Mercantila had the lowest price I was able to find for the bike! Once you place your order on the website  Mercantila will send you e-mails to let you know what's going on with your order. Once your order has shipped they will send you a tracking number so that you can estimate when your order will arrive. Mine actually arrived 1 day earlier than expected! Good prices along with polite, professional correspondence means I will definately use Mercantila again for future health equipment purchases!

The customer service representative was one of the best I've ordered from online.  She was very knowledgeable about the products, helped me make a slection that met my needs, and was an exceptionally polite salesperson.

I originally wanted to purchase a Bazoongi mini trampoline for my two-year old grandson but when the Mercantilla sales representative told me it was backordered, and how long it would take before being shipped, I selected the Galt product instead.  Even though the Galt trampoline cost more, the sales representative applied a discount to my purchase so that I paid exactly what the Bazoongi would have cost me.

I was also impressed by the tracking e-mails I received from Mercantilla.  They advised me when my order would leave the warehouse and where it was at all times along the way.  I received a positive confirmation after it was delivered to my grandson's home in California.  From my daughter's account, he is having a great time jumping up and down on his mini trampoline, which pleases me to no end.
