DO NOT SHOP WITH THIS COMPANY! I have not even received my merchandise and I would not shop with them. I ordered a suit on 6/14, 1 week before Father's Day and was told I would have it on Thursday with their apparent 3 day free upgrade. Thursday and Friday came and went. I contacted someone on Monday and I was told I would have the suit on the following Thursday. Of course I could not cancel my order because "It had already been processed". I even sent an email stating it was too late and didn't want the suit since I had already purchased a replacement and Father's Day had come and gone. I was given the name of Mike the manager to contact and with every call I was told "call back in 5 minutes" and even "10 minutes". Ridiculous! The person I spoke with claimed they were waiting on the correct size to come in...I was never notified of this and if it was not in stock I should not have been allowed to place the order. Why say it was coming last Thursday if they did not have it. Also, they are not trustworthy because there are 3 different things stated about their return policy ALL ON ONE WEBSITE. I printed off the policy before they could go in and change anything which states I can return it with no problem under FAQ. Scroll down to the bottom of the page and it says something about a 10% restocking fee. Another area states send a $25 check with your return. And I still have not seen the merchandise---But was told, you have to wait until you receive the suit and then call them. Horrible customer service.
