After I placed the order on Wednesday I received an email that the item was out of stock and would be shipped on Friday? It was not identified as out of stock when I placed the order. When I emailed to cancel my order MegaGPS apologized and agreed to ship it to me 2 day shipping at no additional cost. It was shipped on Friday and I received the item promptly. I was very pleased with their response in resolving the issue.

The Garmin came in excellent condition. It was a few days late as it was out of stock after I made the order. The price was reasonable considering the competition.. My problem was not being able to check stock online. Probably a good ploy by your company, but I would have thought twice about ordering something that was not in stock. Then not being able to check status of order until it shipped is just not to my liking. However all worked out well and I am a happy customer of yours. Luckily your stock arrived a day after I order and I received my GPS before the weekend. I was concerned when I got home and the box was rattling. Again luckily it was the ink pen tossed in and it had come apart and broke, but merchandise was fine. Thank you, Mark Turner
