The first pair of ankle boots were of good quality. The second pair were of cheaper quality. I only ordered the second because of the quality of the first pair of boots. The second pair were wide width. I wear a medium (which one could have easily verified my first order) and had to return. My credit card has not been credited for the second pair after I had to pay again to get the right product reshipped. I did ship the wide width back to your company. Also, I ordered a fur hat. Out of stock, but to be shipped today, well we will see. It was one thing after another! There are plenty of other on-line places to get quality merchandise and I thought I found one, oh well!

Beautiful pumps! Too narrow (8WW - Go Figure!), so I returned them. I paid for shipping, both ways plus handling, just to try them on. I've gotta find a wide shoe store in my area (fat chance).

The sneakers that I received appear to be irregular in shape. I did try to wear them a few times, but the shoe did not have a normal fit. The shopping experience was very simple, including selecting the items on the website for purchase. What is return policy for shoes that have been worn (not everyday, but enough to get a feel)?

I had to return the order as "I" made an error in the size and requested a replacement in my proper size..It was "not" the merchants error..I find they are the only one to carry my size in shoes..I have ordered before and like what I have ordered from there..

I was very happy with the shoes that I order how every they was this little problem. I needed to send the shoes back and request them in the 11ww. Not a 12ww. You should let your customer know that they run true to side that you wear so you may not need to order the bigger sides.

I was surprised to see two items back ordered, and no expected shipment date. I also wanted a pair of boots that were out of stock and not available. This is the first time this happened, usually there are no problems with an order, even late in the season. I'm also noticing catalog items not offered in wide widths, is this new?

I don't make many purchases because the prices are higher than what I usually spend, but what I do purchase is of good quality and to my satisfaction (although I didn't realize the shoes run slightly narrower than store-bought ones, so I had to return my first order and exchange for the wider width).

Very prompt, but one pair of boots won't be available until December 24th. Otherwise service was professional and they followed up with a call at my home; I guess this was for security.
