My shopping experience at Masseys on line is painless and there is a variety of styles and sizes to choose from. Wide width shoes and boots are difficult to find, so I choose Masseys because I know they'll have what I need.

This is my second purchase from Massey's. I bought two pairs of shoes during the first and two pairs during the second. I have problems with my feet (chronic severe pain) secondary to diabetes (periipheral neuropathy) and it is very hard to find shoes that I can acctually wear for any length or time without induring a lot of discomfort. I can say that the last four pairs of shoes meet my qualifications, though I could have gotten one pair slightly larger and two pair slightly smaller. That is my problem, however, as it is hard to begin shoe shopping without actual one's physical presence and I haven't been able to wear normal shoes in so long, that I did not really know what sizes I needed in different styles, etc. I haven't quite got that down pat, but on the next trip it should be perfect. All in all, I have enjoyed my shopping experiences at Massey's and hope that they add even more casual, active wear types of shoes to their line-up. I love oxfords and loafer-type shoes because they're pretty much all I can wear without a great deal of pain. Thank you Massey's!

I am very pleased with Massey's , the quality of the product was better than anticipated. My only negative? issue in placing an order is the fact ,that when ordering on internet I don't have a place to put my account number.I have placed other orders to Massey and Mason shoes alike, and have been told that I receive a new account number each time I order.

Most of the time I am very please with their products. Some of your products that said they have a wide fit, do not. I have a hard time with your show with a pointed or square narrow toe.
