The Denim Shop

The website offered a product not in stock (3/17), however, they still charged my debit card. I am still waiting for a refund. I was informed by customer service today that my account was credited (on 3/19) prior to being notified the product was not in stock (3/20) and prior to it being drafted out of my account (on 3/21). I was sitting in the bank with my account manager when informed by customer servive my account was credited prior (3/19) to it being drafted for the purchase (on 3/21)? I am now waiting for a supervisor to call me. This is not acceptable.

I bought a pair of these jeans at a local store and loved them so much that I wanted a second pair. The store hasn't been able to get my size, a 31, due to being backordered. I happened to do a search online one night and found The Denim Shop who had the jeans in the size I needed. I promptly ordered them and had them within the week. I was very pleased with my service!

Everything was good except the description of the jeans. I had to call to find out the rise. They showed them as mid-rise and I was looking for ultra low. When I received them they were the style I wanted which was Sweet Skinny Ultra low and that was on the jeans. If they had put this in their description I would have purchased more quickly. I made a phone call to get this info but some people probably just wouldn't buy the jeans since their description did not accurately describe which style they were.

I was searching for a particular women's jean and I e-mailed The Denim Shop with my info. I received the info. requested back right away and was very impressed with the help I received. They had a similar jean in stock in my size at a great price. Great service, great selection, great prices and quick delivery to my door . . . Can't beat that! Definitely would use again. Thank you.

The service was excellent. I expected it to take a week or more to receive but I got it in only 2 days. This is my granddaughter's Christmas present so I don't really know what the quality or fit is, but both items looked very good and well made.

They are a great company to work with. There was one very small issue regarding a paypal account, but I received communication immediately adn spoke with the Customer Service person. The order was filled immediately and sent that day.

Whilst the communication was friendly their systems for purchase for International Orders was overly protectionistic. After 3-4 attempts to give them the information they needed they were still not satisfied I was a genuine customer and therefore I had to let my order lapse. I was very disappointed. I have made quite a few online transations over the past few years with organisations in USA, UK and Europe and never exeprienced such difficulty.

I spent days searching the internet to find a specific t-shirt. I wanted a size L but decided to try the XL that was available. It worked out okay. Unfortunately, the general google and Yahoo searches didn't locate the shirt at The Denim company. I had to so a variety of searches. I can't remember what found the shirt at The Denim company but it was after days of searching.

The clothing was helpfully categorised, both by brand and by style. I knew what I was looking for, and was easily able to locate and purchase it. Price was acceptable, shipping was acceptable, mailing time was acceptable. My shopping experience at The Denim Shop was good overall.

I love the Denim Shop! My favorite jeans are so hard to find and the Denim Shop offers them at a great price, great selection, and never out of stock! Even though it's online shopping they personalize it by always adding a hand written note.

I purchased a pair of jeans that have been discontinued by the manufacturer. The Denim shop had a small supply of the jeans I like. The price was what I had paid at a store in Ocean City, MD. The jeans arrived with all original tags attached. I also ordered another pair of jeans and had the same experience. I will use the Denim shop again when I need another pair of jeans.
