I thought the prices at Makophone were reasonable and competitive. The item was in stock and shipped promptly due to the holiday rush and last minute shoppers, like myself. Did not receive and invoice with shipment. But, upon my request by e-mail; I received one by e-mail immediately. I am very happy with the price and shipping costs. Had a difficult time locating the name and address of Makophone. But, did locate it on their website with a little search. I first received the wrong color phones. I tried to call the company but was unable to get a hold of them. I then sent an e-mail out and they sent the correct phones out. I ordered a phone. Speedy delivery, but wrong phone arrived. When I called to remedy the problem thats when the trouble began. Customer service was HORRIBLE, mostly with one very unprofessional individual. Makophone saved the day! My Canon print head gave out unexpectedly in the middle of doing my taxes. I expected the new printhead to arrive in about 7 days. I thought I was seeing things when the DHL truck drove up the day after I ordered it! Amazing! The cartridge worked perfect and I am back in business!
