Merchant has very competitive prices, and my order was shipped same day. The only thing I missed was an on-line order tracking system. I had to call them on the phone to verify the status of my order, which is good, but an on-line system would be better.

I received what I ordered however. It is my fault probably for not researching it more but the description of the product was mis-leading. I thought I was ordering a complete unit, headset and amplifier and ready to use. All I recieved was the headset and now I have to purchase an amplifier tranceiver to us with the $150 headset I received. There was indication in the product description that I was oredering only a headset and it required an amplifier as well.

The only thing I would recommend is a better description of what each shipping option means. I needed it overnight by 10 am, and just had to guess. Fortunately, I guessed right, but I would have liked to have been sure. Other thanthat, it was a perfect experience.

My order was "lost" and did not ship. I had to contact the retailer in order to have my item shipped to me. Customer service was good. No follow up that evening on the tracking number as promised but I received the tracking number the day I received the calculator.
