I can't recommend these folks enough. I ordered a product that was found to be out of stock and, during the holiday rush, the notification I received was a little less than timely.   I contacted Makophone and spoke with Denis, who apologized and actually spent an entire afternoon with me, off and on, trying to make it right. He suggested other products and worked with me to find a replacement product that was comparable, and shipped it the same day to ensure delivery by Christmas. 

I can't say I was an easy customer. I wanted specific features that would work for my elderly parents. Denis was patient and throrough, intent on finding and delivering what I required and getting it delivered in time for Christmas. 

As a person who has worked in the customer service industry for nearly 30 years, I can honestly tell you that this kind of attention to one, small customer is not only refreshing, but mighty impressive!   I have bookmarked their site and will give them all of the future business that I can, as well as recommend them to anyone in the market for this type of product at a great price and a style of customer service that has, sadly, become nearly unheard of.   Thanks SO MUCH! :)
