This is the first time I ever ordered from Makobusiness and I would do so again! I called to verify that my online order had been received and the man was very nice! He answered all my questions and assured me that the order was received and sent, but due to the holiday, the paperwork regarding the tracking code was a little behind (I had ordered it on New Year's Eve and called on Jan. 3rd). I received the tracking code the following day and, as promised, the package arrived in EXCELLENT CONDITION!! This is the first time I have ever bought a Sanyo transcription machine. While I hope it will be at least several years before I have to buy another one, I will definitely buy it from Makobusiness!! I love this company!!

The product I ordered was lsited as "in stock" when I placed my order my order was accepted, to learn a few days later that the product could not be delivered for almost 14 days. I find listing as " in stock" and then not having it available unacceptable.

I would make sure that their website has information on where the product was coming from. I was under the impression that I was buying from Mako but instead I was buying from one of their other store. I had a hard time of getting a hold of them, so I suggest have time listed when it is best to get a hold of them.Once I got a hold of someone the service was good. I liked their products and I will still shop there. Thanks

I orded this calculator Sept.1. I even paid extra to have it ship in 2 days. I checked the tracking and called your company. Of course 24 hours later someone from your company called to tell me you don't even carry it anymore. How could your company accept my order when you don't even carry it?????? The way your company handled this took me 4 extra days to find one. This is completely unacceptable.My credit card had better have a credit on it the next statement I receive. I have never had this much trouble ordering online as I did with your company. You just lost a customer. Kathy Schaff

I ran out of toner for my Sharp copier and went to a local Staples store to purchase it. The price scared me away. Then, I went on line and found the exact item for less than HALF the price. This was not a compatible item but the Genuine Sharp brand new factory sealed toner cartridge.
I ordered it on line Thursday and I received it on Monday morning.
I'm very happy with the price, service and convenience.
I'm usually not comfortable buying on line but Mako Business made the experience easy. They emailed a confirmation and even provided a tracking number. I received the item right away and shipping was free.

One printer head was delayed due to "back order" but it arrived two days later via Airborne. I was pleasantly surprised at how quickly my order arrived (shipped on 7/2 and arrived 7/5) since it was shipped standard UPS from the other side of the US.

Lowest price I found for my recorder, and free delivery. Received e-mail order confirmation, and tracking info via e-mail. Ordered on a Tuesday, and received it Thursday. Overall perfect on line transaction.

When this store showed up in the results list on shopping.com, it stated the price for the fax cartridge I was looking for and said that shipping was free. However, when I went to place the order, I found out that the shipping was ONLY free IF the order total was more than $50. Thinking that the shipping would be minimal for such a small item, I continued through the checkout process until I found out that I would have been charged an additional $15. Needless to say, I cancelled the order...partially because $15 is ridiculously high to ship a small item that weighs only a few ounces, but more importantly because of the deceptive "free shipping" tactic which was used to make it appear in my search.

Found my toner for much less than I have been paying. I received it next day even though it shipped ground, and it was free delivery. I'm very pleased, they will have a repeat customer.

I recieved the products I ordered unbelieveably quick. I ordered them at noon and eventhough they were suppose to be mailed by UPS ground, I recieved them the next morning from out of state. I could not believe my eyes and they were in great condition.
