I can truly say that my experience with Magic Cabin is the worst I have had with ANY online retailer, and I do most of my shopping online. I ordered two items that indicated that they were in stock. Instead, I received two incorrect (but similar) items. It has already taken a month and FOUR phone calls, and the problem is still not sorted out. Each representative indicates that they will refund my money and shipping, and each successive representative then tells me that the prior representatives "entered something wrong in the computer" so my refund was not processed! Now they tell me that they have so many problems (!!) that it will likely be another seven business days before they can even begin to process my refund.
If they had indicated on their website that they were out of the items to begin with, I would never have ordered. Instead, they attempted to appease me by sending similar (but not the same-- and not acceptable!!) items that I did NOT order and charging me for them. Now I am having a terrible time getting my money refunded, and the representatives seem to give the standard answer that all of the other representatives are not doing their jobs correctly! What kind of customer service is that?
I would not recommend this terrible process to my worst enemy. PLEASE do yourself a favor--- order from somewhere else. Magic Cabin has lots of beautiful items, but nothing worth the hassle I have experienced.
