I noticed my husband's subscription to CPU had expired so I decided to find the best price I could and renew online. I discovered that Magazines.com, through memolink.com, had a one year subscription for $29 so ultimately I chose to purchase through them.

When you arrive at their website you can browse by magazine types on the left. On the right at their top titles named and click-able. In the middle are images, names, prices and savings listed. But most important, at least for me in my search for the text search box at the top middle. I went to several sites and used this search box to find my magazine to make comparisons.

An interesting feature is that it shows direct matches as well as possible matches. Like my search for CPU brought back the CPU magazine as well as Maximum PC, Wired, and PC World, with some others. They appear to offer a huge array of magazine choices.

When you click on the magazine for more info you can see customer reviews and add your own to any magazine. CPU did not have any reviews.

Once you click on the buy feature you see your shopping cart and have the option to keep shopping and continue to check out. From there you can create your account or log in to an existing account. From there you can select if it is a new subscription or a renewal or if it's a gift and you can enter the recipient's address. Also they will send a free email to the receiver of their forthcoming gift.

To pay they have coupon and gift certificate options, they also take visa, MasterCard, amex, and discover. Or you can pay by mail or phone.

Minutes after I placed my order I received an email confirmation of it. Two days later my credit card was billed. A week later I got my points from memolink for my order. And five weeks later hubby received his first issue on the new subscription. We were told it would take 4-8 weeks so it was perfect.

Overall I had zero problems with my order. It was easy to find, had sufficient information about the magazine, easy to set up an account and everything after my order was placed went through without a hitch. I would definitely recommend this website. It worked out perfectly for me.
