Paid through pay pal account  and received partial refund as promised, but as of to date have not received magazine. Order was placed May 16, 2009 and to days date is August 21, 2009. No response to emails sent. Plenty of time to have received magazine.

Adding my 'experience'. They sure have a great scam here. They clearly sell subscriptions in order to delay any dispute resolution on the part of their victims. There is no response via the email (at the site or otherwise). Why should they bother? They already have your money by then. Stay far away from these low-life's.

I hope anyone that google's this company comes to this site first.  They are a ripoff and scam. 

I ordered a gift subscription in December 2008 and the recipient has still not received an issue and it is March 2009. 

I have tried to contact them with no response back.  Do not order from them.

I ordered a magazine through MagazineMaster on December 4th, 2008.  As of March 6th, 2009, I stil have not received the magazine.  I attempted to contact the company 4 times and have not received a response.

I logged a complaint with the BBB and they responded and said "the company has either gone out of business or is not contactable".

I STRONGLY RECOMMEND AVOIDING THIS SHADY COMPANY.

DO NOT ORDER MAGAZINES FROM HERE! Total Scam! Ordered a subscription in November. By January after nothing showed, I tried SEVERAL times to email them (and how convenient, they don't have a phone number) to inquire about my order. Nothing. No response. Finally contacted my credit card company to have my money refunded, which they did. Yesterday, (March 5th!) I get an email from them saying they no longer carry my magazine and that they have issued me a store credit! UNREAL! I contacted my credit card company again to make sure the refund still stands, NOT a store credit. Totally unacceptable!

I placed my order with Magazine Master on 12/2/08 and it's been 3 months and I still have not received my subscription. I too, wrote several emails to them to follow up with the order and have not heard from them. The thing is I ordered from them a year prior and did not have any problems. I received my magazine promptly, but perhaps how they lure people in- gain your confidence first time and take your money next! They do not have a contact number so that's already a bad sign. BEWARE customers, do not buy from them!!!

NEVER USE THIS COMPANY!!! Same complaint as everyone else. Bought magazine 3 months ago for X-mas gift and it's never been delivered. No response to emails. Reporting them on http://www.ic3.gov. Recommend everyone else to follow.

I placed an order on 12.01.08 for 1 magazine subscription.  I never received the magazine. I looked on their website for a way to contact them but did not find a phone number or email address. I paid through PayPal, thinking this would ensure the safety of my transaction, but it did not.

MagazineMaster says that magazine subscriptions can take any where from 8-10 weeks to begin to receive the first issue and PayPal only lets you file a dispute within 45 days of the purchase, so my window for dispute has passed and I've still not gotten my subscription.

I received a receipt from PayPal which included an address to contact them at: sales@magazinemaster.com  PayPal told me to file a complaint with the Better Business Bureau and Internet Crime Complaint Center (http://www.IC3.gov).
I also plan to notify the magazines so they know about this fraudulent company using their goods to defraud people out of $$$

DO NOT USE THIS COMPANY!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!  I ordered 4 subscriptions and over 3 months later have only received 2 of them.  One subcription I have yet to receive is a weekly magazine so there is absolutely no reason for the delay.  There is ZERO customer service, I have tried to contact them 4 times with no response, not even an email acknowledging receipt of my complaints!  I am now seeking legal recourse through my credit card.

Wish I had seen the reviews of this outfit before I did business with them. In short, I have not received my magazine, they have ignored 3 emails I have sent them, there is no phone # or address to contact them on their site.

Please do NOT order from this site it is a SCAM! I ordered a magazine, paid in full and it never came. There is no way to contact anyone via this website, and if you can find an email somewhere on the site, they will NOT return your email. I tried to get my money back via pay pal, they did not do it due to it being more than 45 days. I filed an internet crime complaint against them, opened a claim from my bank (due to the fact that it was paid for directly from my bank account via pay pal) after 3 months of waiting and showing my bank proof, they were able to get their money back from Pay Pal for me but NOT from magazinemaster. SCAM please beware!

ABSOLUTELY HORRIBLE.  Buyer Beware!!!  It's been 60 days and no magazines.  Emailed three times with no response.  Site has no phone number or contact information.  Christmas gifts not received.  It's a pity there are such unethical businesses out there.

I found MagazineMaster on line and they had the best price for Ranger Rick Magazine, which I wanted to get for my Grandson. The website was very easy to navigate through. Question 2 of this evaluation was hard to answer. Because it's a magazine subscription, it will take a while to receive it. As for my Merchant Rating, right now it is excellent, if the magazine fails to arrive in a timely fashion, that might change!

I ordered the magazine on May 28. I wrote the first of July to ask when it would be delivered. I received no response. I wrote again two weeks later and still have received no response. I have neither the product I paid for using Paypal nor the courtesy of an answer from this company.

I am beyond upset with this company. After multiple emails and requests for help, I've yet to hear back from them. It has been over two months since I placed my order and I have not received my magazine, and the publisher doesn't even have my information on their subscription list. I would not buy from these people again. I am petitioning paypal for a refund and intend to inform anyone who'll listen about the awful experience I've had and the complete absence of support they offered.

The same thing happened to me: I ordered 2 magazines in the end of April and I have never received neither magazines nor response from MagazineMaster. Nevertheless, my credit card was promptly charged. This Web site is totally fraudulent. Beware!

I ordered Art News and another comics magazine as a gift to my daughter - guess what? My daughter is still waiting for her gift, and I feel very uncomfortable, because I have never run into this issue before. I shop online rather frequently, but MagazineMaster is, perhaps, the most ruthless merchants searching for naive buyers.

it's a bit soon for this survey as delivery is about 16 weeks from order. Resend survey in 3 months for a truer picture of service rendered. Site was easy to maneuver. No trouble placing order. Asking to rate the experience at this time is unfair as the transaction is incomplete until the first issue arrives. Till that happens, they're middle of the road. I can't say at this time if I'd shop here again until I see the results of the first time...till then, I'll say no. Ask again in 3 months to see if they've made me change my mind.

I renewed a magazine subscription in January and, as of May, it has not been actioned. They give a guarantee of 48 hr response to any customer service query but I've sent 3 e-mails over 3 weeks and still no response.

The website itself, products, and prices are good but what use is choice and price when the product itself isn't delivered.

I'm not just frustrated, I'm absolutely disgusted with the lack of any customer service whatsoever.

Wish I had seen these reviews sooner. I accidentally ordered the wrong magazine for my son for Christmas. There is no phone number to call for refund. I received a confirmation / follow-up email, which I replied to in order to cancel. NO RESPONSE. I located the "Contact Us" link on line which promised a response in 48 hours. (It's been 6 weeks or more.) NO RESPONSE. I'm glad I paid with a credit card. I will be disputing my charge.
