the magazines we ordered for our niece and nephew never arrived. The only way to contact the company is by submitting a request through FAQs. I did so twice inquiring as to the status of the order and they never responded. HORRIBLE EXPERIENCE!

I ordered and paid for a three year magazine subscription to Kiplinger's in January 2007. As of July 2007 I have received nothing. I have e-mailed MagazineMasters.com, but they have never responded. There is no phone number on their site. I paid for the subscription through PayPal, and I contacted their customer service department. They could not find any phone number for MagazineMasters.com, and they suggested that I make a formal complaint through their service online, which I did. It's difficult for me to understand why MagazineMasters.com will not respond to my inquiries about not receiving the subscription. I have never used MagazineMaster.com to order magazines, but I would think that they would have an auditing department that tracked subscriptions. Or their customer service department would answer inquiries. Because of my negative experience, I would NOT recommend this company to anyone.

Ordered and paid for a magazine on 3-10-07.
It is now 6-11-07 and no magazine rec'd. Left 4 emails over the last two weeks with absolutely no response at all. There is no phone number to call. Buyer Beware. |

I placed an order for Cosmopolitan on Feb. 4th 2007. I still have not received the magazine. I have attempted several times to contact MagazineMaster. All attempts have been unsuccessful. I am very unhappy and I will not use MagazineMaster again. I am trying to get my money back through my credit card company. I am also contacting the Better Business Bureau. I would not recommend this company to anyone. They do not have a phone number as other online magazine companies do. I used Magazines.com and my order was processed promptly and I received my magazine very promptly.

The price and ease of online purchase with this company were excellent. However, I ordered and paid for a subscription in 11/06, and still have not received it by 5/07. So I'm convinced the company simply takes your money with no intention of sending you what you paid for. Buyer beware!

After over 4 mos, I still have not received my magazine. They guarantee that someone will contact you within 48 hours of a question--what a joke. I have written numerous times over the last 2-3 weeks and no one has responded. There is no phone number to call.

I ordered a magazine subscription in early December 2006 and I still haven't received the magazine. I sent them an email but never got a response. I tried to go on their website today to send another email and there is something wrong with the site. I don't have a phone number or any other way of contacting anyone. I have a feeling I paid for a magazine subscription for a magazine I will never get.

I have yet to receive my magazine and it has been well over the 8-12 weeks they say to wait. I emailed the customer support three times and have never received a response. They do not provide a phone number to call them in the emails or anywhere on their website. So I am unable to call and get an answer. I ordered a pregnancy magazine subscription. I wont be pregnant forever so I wasted my money if I ever do receive the magazine. I will never order from this company again!!

Magazine Master had the lowest price available for this magazine. This was a renewal to Ellery Queen Mystery magazine. The questions above were difficult to answer, because it can take months for a magazine to change their mailing labels. I will keep checking as the magazine is delivered to me,but overall,I was pleased with my ordering experience with MagazineMaster.com Thank you.

I have not received the order as it is a magazine subscription. It stated that if you ordered over $20 to type in a code and they would discount your order 5%. That never appeared on my order. I wrote to the company to tell them that and they have never responded.

Good value for the money. Paid for subscription January 25 and received first issue 5 weeks later. Price paid was 50% less than competitors; billed accurately; delivered in timely fashion. Will shop at merchant again and recommend to others.

I do not recommend anyone use MagazineMaster.com for buying subscriptions. I have subscribed to two magazines through them, two and a half months after I subscribed, I have received no magazines. After contacting them and inquiring about the status of my order they have told me that there was a mistake in processing my order and one of the subscriptions was cancelled, and only after that they have contacted the publisher and finally subscribed me to the second magazine.
There is also no good way to contact them in case you have a question or concern about your subscription - they do not have a phone number to call and you have to search the whole website to find their e-mail. |

I had ordered some magazines over 2 months ago and I have confirmed that he has not even sent the order to the publishers yet. I'm not talking about receiving the first issue. I'm talking about him sending the order in.
Emailing him has produced no results and his phone number has changed. As far as I can tell, this guy is just a rip-off artist. His site says he's located in Delaware, be he's really in Florida. |
