Let me tell you Macy's is probably one of my favorite stores to shop online. They have such great deals on great quality of merchandise, plus if you are a preferred member they send you coupons on occasion to help you save even more. Also if for whatever reason you are not happy with the items or items you don't even need your receipt, just keep the tags on the item and you can take it to the store and return it there without any hassles. I buy everything on there, but a majority of the items I purchase are clothes. I also love how most of the time they have very descriptive details about the items and I think it helps those who shop online a lot. By doing this they eliminate many questions that would arise if they didn't have these descriptions. I think that many people who shop online appreciate this extra effort. Most of the time when I order something from their website it arrives within one week and is packaged very nice. Also the customer service that they provide is also very good and well above average. The only downside to Macys.com I would say would have to be the slowness of updating the website. I know that there has been a couple of times where I had found something and have been ready to checkout and found out that the item or items were not available. Overall I would say that Macys.com is a great place to shop and has found a loyal customer in me.
