Order never came -- poor customer service!

My mother's birthday snuck up on me this year. I wanted to give her a compact stereo system, so I did my research. I compared prices, and MacMall had the Sony stereo system I was looking for about $50 cheaper than anywhere else. My mothers birthday was on a Thursday. I placed the order the proceeding Saturday and included the extra cost of 2-day shipping onto my order. That Thursday (my mothers birthday) I received an email from MacMall stating that because my billing address differed from the desired shipping address that the order would be cancelled if I did not follow up by phoning the company. That day, I phoned the company and gave my approval to ship the order to my mothers address. After another week and a half of explaining to my mother that her birthday present was on its way, the order had still not arrived. After nearly two and a half weeks of not knowing the status of my order, I sent an email to MacMall requesting that the order be cancelled and that I be sent confirmation of the cancellation. Several days later, I received an email from MacMall stating the following, I have cancelled the order per your request. You have not been charged. I received no explanation of the delay, no apology from customer service, nothing. I will never order from this company again.
