Had to get camera for video shoot in 3 days. Placed order with other merchant (Tiger Direct) and paid for overnight delivery. Next morning checked order status and it was Back Ordered. Immediately cancelled order with Tiger Direct and went to MacConnection Website. Had an online Chat with MacConnection to verify they had the camera in stock and could ship hte next day. She confirmed both. Next day camera shipped with overnight delivery and received the next day. PS - This all happened over the Memorial Day weekend, yet MacConnection had someone there to help. Excellent Customer Support!

I think it would be so much convenient if I would have been able to do my rebate over the phone or online. It is quite the hassle and waste of trees to make copies to send and it's quite painful to cut the UPC bar code when I could have just entered all the information online. Other than that I'm quite happy and have recommended the site to others. I look forward for more purchases on here.

I placed my order on the website, late, after cust. serv. was closed. After placing order I noticed (to my angst) that I had chosen an obsolete shipping addr. It would be nice to be able to change the purchase info on line (as you can with Amazon) prior to shipping. But I had to call cust serv the next AM, only to spend 27 mins on hold. Finally got my issue addressed, and quickly, but there has to be a better way than being on hold for 27 mins. Thanks!

The service rep was dismissive and unpleasant and seemed to feel that my phone call was in intrusion and that the lack of email from them was somehow my fault and not his problem. He did not offer to re-send the email and in fact did not.
