I bought 900 ft of Brazilian Cherry 2nds. Other than a lot of short pieces, the product was of near perfect condition…I’m VERY happy with it. I hired an installer who had recently disassociated himself from LL because they started demanding a percentage of the installers’ fees, even though the installers were independent contractors.   
My trouble began when I ordered some of the Bellawood brand floor cleaner from LL’s website. I ordered 12 bottles after seeing their price went from $6 each bottle to $3.96 when ordering ten or more. (even still, the total reflected $4.30 per). Long story short, they charged my account at $6.00 a bottle, plus about twice as much for taxes……..because they “lowball” your estimated taxes at 4%, then charge the applicable rate for the closest store’s location. They also tax the delivery charge! As for the rest of the higher charges, they claimed they didn’t know their website was offering a ten-or-more discount….as if they would know what I ordered, but not what price I was quoted. Well a couple of phone calls and emails and I did get the difference refunded. Except for the first BOZO I talked to, their response was actually very good. They were courteous and quick about it, even sending me a free cleaning kit. I was all but ready to forgive and forget until I learned they still hadn’t shipped my order until ten days after they debited my account…..Sorry, TOO many “mistakes” for me to take a chance on them again.
