I bought brazilian walnut solid from lumber liquidators after doing all my research online and other stores. The rates were lower than other vendors. The manufacturer lumber liquidator uses is unknown (Bellawood) and is not available at any other store.

I already decided on the wood so choosing the wood was not an issue. I ordered wood along with stair noses from their San Jose store on Terminal Ave. The store was short of one stair nose and the manager Issac told me that he would get it FedEx'ed to my address. It has been 2 months and I've been calling and going to the store on a weekly basis and they have been lying about the order status. Everytime I talk to them, they tell me next Monday. Last week I went to the store to cancel the order and the guy Joel could not find the order!! When I asked him if I can talk to someone else, he told me to call their 1-800 number and started insulting me. When I asked to use the phone store, he flatly refused by saying "hell no". It was the worst experience I had in my life. I called their customer service and logged a complaint and asked to cancel my order. Don't buy from lumber liquidators if you want yourselves not to be insulted and you have enough time to wait for your order.
