Purchased (2) pieces of luggage. One piece was damaged, but the damage occurred with the manufacturer. LuggageGuru was prompt and courteous in sending a replacement piece.

I sent Luggageguru.com 2 emails asking for the status of my order and they never responded. I had to call them and they don't know the status of the order, they had to call the manufacturer, "Delsey" and then they called me back. At this time I haven't receive my order, neither know the status of it, and I need them soon.

I didn't track the shipping of the bag because it arrived at my home early. Package was in perfect condition. This was my second purchase from LuggageGuru.com. My only concern on the first experience centered on a slow web page. That has now been resolved and product and service were flawless.

I loved all the choices that were available. Prices ranged from very reasonable to luxury. There were a lot of color choices, styles, manufacturers, etc. and I found exactly what I wanted. When it arrived it turned out to be even nicer than the description. I would definitely buy from Luggage Guru again.

Perfection! I ordered a suitcase on Wednesday morning and had it at my doorstep Thursday at noon - and that was with their free standard shipping. The item was brand new, not used, refurbished, or an older model, and the price was almost half of what the Samsonite store wanted for the identical suitcase, not to mention that the retail store didn't even have the color in stock that I wanted. Shortly after placing my order, I emailed their customer service to see if my order could be shipped as quickly as possible as I wanted to use the suitcase over the weekend. They replied a couple of hours later saying that the order would go out the same day, and sure enough I had it just over 24 hours later. The only issue was that I believe since I used Paypal checkout, an account wasn't created for me. So, instead of being able to log into an account to see my order progress, I had to refresh my order confirmation page in order to see the UPS tracking number appear. Regardless of that minor issue, I'll be sure to shop here again and recommend the site to others. Thank you!

Customer service number rang with no answer. I was able to contact customer service through e-mail. My request to change the order was ignored. There is no chance I would do business with this company again.

They could not process my credit card. The credit card company said they had received no inquiries, or attempts to process a payment from Luggageguru, or their agent Paypal. I subsequently ordered the same product from another firm, used the same credit card, and received the product within 4 days.

Was contacted over a week later saying the bag was not available in the color desired and they could provide a different color. When I said I would wait for the color it now seems as though they will not get that color. I am not sure who's problem it was, but disappointing to search and find it only to not be able to get it.
