The only problem was that I requested the item to be sent at a later date as I was going away for 2-3 weeks. I gave the date I wanted it no sooner than, but they sent it out right away and I could not contact UPS to stop it. Fortunately, it was wrapped well enough to withstand the daily rains Vermont got all August!

I purchased three pieces of luggage. one went to the wrong address, one took well over 15 days & therefore I cancelled the order & got it form Amazon.com in two days at a lower price, the other I returned to try to exchange it for a larger model & they canceled my order informing me it was discontinued by the manufacturer. I called the manufacturer & got it in three days & I have yet to this date received my outstanding credit, even thought I have provided tracking & receipt confirmations to luggage.com of product return receipt on Aug. 6th,2008. I have now filed a dispute with my credit card provider. NEVER AGAIN, NEVER!!! WHAT A MESS TO DO BUSINESS WITH. SO MUCH TIME TO TRY TO CORRECT & GET A SIMPLE ORDER THAT WAS FILLED, DELIVERED & COMPLETED IN THREE DAYS ON AMAZON.COM

Overall satification with ordering process. Would recommend that notice of order status be sent to customer. This would keep customer advised of were the order was in the system. Tracking information was accurate and shippment was on schedule. Product arrived on time.

Luggage.com did a fine job, but the solar auto fan is a CHEAP product. Not only is it made of a very thin type of plastic, but they only survived about 2 days. I was very disappointed with the product and plan on sending them back when I get home, whether or not I get a reimbursement. They need to know the solar auto fans are cheap and they should STOP selling them.

A week and a half after I placed my order and was charged for it, I was notified that the products that I ordered were no longer available. A few days after that I received a refund, but a service fee was taken from it through my paypal acct.

I purchased luggage for my daughter for her 16th birthday. I specifically asked that the luggage be delivered to the leasing office of my apartment complex so my daughter would not receive the shipment. Unfortunately, my request was ignored and it was delivered to my apartment door and my daughter knew immediately what it was because of the wording on the box. This was a major purchase that was supposed to be opened ON her Sweet 16 birthday. This service didn't help me accomplish that.

The case I order was for a 17" laptop, it didn't fit the case, it was too small. The return policy was too much of a pain in the ass, so, I gave the case to a friend of mine, who is graduating from college. It's a beautiful case, but the return, like I said is a pain in the ASS!
