The luggage I was looking for was easy to find and easy to order. It arrived on time, right before I left on a vacation so I desperately needed it to be on time. It was actually a bit early. The luggage was an excellent value. I got compliments on the Giraffe pattern everywhere I went!

I haven't gotten to use the luggage yet, but it looks awesome! The only other places I've seen it are on Reaper (love that show, so feel kind of cool now in a nerdy way) and on your site. Also, your prices are incredibly reasonable and the layout of your website is logical! Yay! Shoppers can't take these things for granted these days. :) Thank you!! And, hooray for pink luggage!

The shopping experience was fine, however I should have known that all your stuff was made in China. I am absolutely tired of getting all our stuff from China. Most all of the China made products I have purchased in past, which I try very hard to keep to a minimum, has failed within a year or two. Either the leather cracks, the zipper fails, or in some way malfunctions, indicating the quality is marginal at best. The products are cheap, but poorly made, thus the adage that you get what you pay for. So until you distributors decide to provide American made, high quality products, I will continue my search for a higher quality product and will be willing to pay a higher price for it if that is what it takes.

I purchased two backpacks, one for me, and one for my brother, from this store. They were both the same kind of high sierra backpack, different colors.
The second one -- the one for my brother -- was a color that turned out to be out of stock. Luggage.com e-mailed me and took care of the problem quickly.
The only thing that could have made this better is if the out-of-stock color was listed as out of stock on their website, rather than e-mailing me later about it -- I might have chosen a different backpack to get the color right.

The suitcase was back ordered and they couldn't tell me exactly when it would arrive - only an approximate date. Since I need it for an upcoming trip, I found a similar product locally and for less money, so I cancelled the order.
I must say, they were probably the easiest company I've ever worked with to cancel an order. I would do business with them again and hopefully, we'll be able to complete the transaction.
