I really never had to call the merchant because they kept in good contact via email regarding the processing of my order and the shipment of my order. This was the first time shopping with them and I would do it again. The shipment arrived in time and was received in excellent condition.

I recv'd my item right on time, process was very easy, also easily tracked - exactly when I was going to receive it. The "Work Bag" although it has no sleave for my laptop which is primarily what I needed it for is TERRIFIC! Has pleanty of room for my own "laptop sleeve", looks great, and is light, which is a biggie for me. I'd recommend it to anyone - and FYI - I got it for approx.$50 less than the exact bag advertized "on 30% sale" at Macy's!

I am currently overseas and my daughter was starting back to school. She sent me an email with the backpack she wanted for school. I searched the internet and found a few locations that had the backpack "in stock" several were out of stock. I ordered from luggage.com as they showed in stock with free shipping. After placing the order and several days later, I received an email from them stating that it would ship no sooner than 30 September. Needless to say my daughter and myself were dissapointed. If I had known that they were out of stock I never would have ordered from them and likely never will again.

HORRIBLE!!!!  Ordered an item on 08/31/09 and then a few days later was told it would be on backorder until 09/25/09. Then I recieved an email on 09/16/09 stating that they had cancelled my order to the item being put on backorder until January 2010!!  I was so upset to waste all my time on this.  I called them and they weren't apologetic at all and told me it would take 2-4 weeks for them to credit my bank account.  I was put on hold several times at 4 min. hold times each!  I told them they were going to credit my bank account immediatly and it took a few days for the credit to show.  After all that they tried to offer me a 10% discount...10%! haha I didn't want there measly 10% or their service!! They shouldn't sell a consumer an item they don't have! That is not good business practice. TOTALLY DISGUISTED! DO NOT BUY FROM LUGGAGE.COM!!!

I ordered 2 bags since I wasn't sure which one would work better for me. I returned one, sending an email to notify them and had the refund immediately. The communication is excellent. I only wish that they had more details and pictures of the items for sale.

The web-site was easy to use and compare similar products. Check out was easy and they filled the order quickly. The messenger bag that I bought was made of good qualty materials and looked like its picture. The only thing that would make the site better is to include the measurements of the bags.
