I recieved my order about 17days after they charged my card and when i requested to know about the status of my order I never recieved a reply. when i finally asked for a refund is when they FINALLY responded telling me that i should recieve it that same day but there was NO offer or even reason that they gave for it arriving so late. In fact the actual mailing label said the 14th and i had ordered my products on the 29th of the month before.

I tried odering a bracelet, they sent me the wrong one so i sent it back, then the new one I got was the same one they sent me ~ the wrong one and now I'm waiting for the right bracelet to show up.
