Great experience! I did all of the shopping on line and the items I wanted were priced well and even some below many other similar sites!
Fast and well protected shipping and very nice personnel.
I noticed they carry a wide variety of vitamins and several name brands I use along with some I was not aware of.
I like the convenience of shopping on line because of sites like LuckyVitamin.com because I am handicapped and cannot go out so this site gives me enough choices that I can make a well read and informed choice on my purchases!

My QBC did not arrive with my other products and I was told on the form that it was back ordered. I waited a few days and finally called and was told it would be quite a bit longer before I would receive it. It will be over 10 days before the order comes in. This is one product that my husband and I do not like to be without for such a long time. I did not notice anywhere on the order that it would be on backorder. I would have purchased it somewhere else if that had been stated.

I have been shopping with LuckyVitamin.com for about 4 months. I am VERY satisfied with them. There have been a couple of back orders but they have come in a short time. They even called one time to let me know an item was still on back order. I have had a couple of damaged items and they have both been credited to my charge card. One I sent back after 2 months because I didn't need the product because I had a supply on hand. When I opened the item it was broken so I sent it back. I really didn't think they would give me credit because it had been so long. I was wrong.

I have not found anywhere where I can get the items I use any cheaper than I can at LuckyVitamin.com. I just wish they carried EVERYTHING I use.

The prices and selection of products are great. My order was shipped and received quickly. One of my items was back ordered but I was not notified by e-mail, that would have been nice. I was eventually notified by email that the product was no longer available. I have already made a second purchase from this merchant and was very pleased with that order as well. My order was shipped in four shipments. Not sure if I got everything because the packing sheet only shows what is in the box. I had to track down the original invoice to compare. The Jarrow Whey Protein containers were smashed, misshaped and the box was fine so I know they were shipped in this condition. Overall, not that great of an experience and I spent over $600.

My recent experience was "LuckyVitamin" was anything BUT "lucky!" Customer service department was sorely deficient in notifying me of problems AND in follow-through. I was told they were dealing with a change in computer systems; however, a little extra "customer service" in making sure that my order was properly processed would have gone a long way. I placed a large online order through PayPal and received no confirmation emails. When I called a few days later to inquire, I was told, "Uh oh," they were having problems with PayPal. It took a lengthy and tiring phone to cancel the first order and start all over, during which the customer service rep needed to place me on hold and confer with her supervisor numerous times. I was assured that I'd receive email confirmation this time and that my order would be expedited. Several days later, I still had NO email confirmation, and phoned again. We went through the same scenario of my being put on hold while the rep consulted her supervisor. I was told this time there was a problem with the code on my VISA card. We resubmitted the card info, I was told the order status was now OK, and that I'd receive email confirmation and my order would be shipped right out. Next day--same story: still no confirmation. A third phone call was an exact repeat of the previous call: I was put on hold while rep consulted supervisor, was told there was a problem with the code on my VISA card, resubmitted info, and again was told I'd receive email confirmation and my order would ship that day. Two days later--STILL NO EMAIL CONFIRMATION. I made a FOURTH phone call and this time was told that items were now on backorder. At the time I'd originally placed the order, everything was listed as being available to ship the same day. Now nearly a week later, I'd had enough and cancelled the entire order. Their phone system was also especially annoying with lengthy holds before speaking to anyone, but all the time being told by a repetitive voice, "We'll be right back." I have placed large orders by phone with them in the past because their prices are good, and received reasonably satisfactory service.
