After a thorough search online I placed an order with LuckyVitamin because I believed their prices were competitive, compared to the rest of the companies. Now I wish I have gone some where else. I decided to pay extra for shipping so the items would arrive within 3 days. I even received a shipment tracking number. Normally this tracking number is generated when you process the shipment, but it can only be traced once the items arrive at the shipment facility and are scanned. According to the online records my order never made it to the shipment facility. It's been 10 days now and the items have not arrived. I called customer service twice and had to wait an average 5 minutes for a person to answer.  The first time I was told to keep waiting for the items to arrive, that sometimes items get lost during shipment and that it's happened before. The second time the only thing they could do was to tell me they must wait 10 more days to find out what happened to the items. I asked for a refund, they refused. Customer service is mediocre. I will never again buy from them or recommend them to anyone.
