I bought 2 identical fixtures for a remodel project. I had them at the house for about 3 weeks before the electrician was ready to install them. When trying to install them, we discovered that the mounting strap and bail nuts were missing from one of the packages. Liz, the customer service person, was very polite and apologetic and assured me that she would have the missing parts sent to me from the factory, but now I need another electrician house call. Very frustrating!

I purchased a very expensive high-end chandelier from Louie Lighting. This was a very large purchase and I was apprehensive of make such a large purchase over the internet.  Well, as it turns out I could not have made a better choice!! The chandelier arrived 3 weeks early and was in perfect condition!! To top things off, the light bulbs that were to be included in the fixture were missing, within 30 minutes of receiving my e-mail I has conformation that they were in UPS…one of the BEST experiences I’ve had shopping on the net!!

I would highly recommend Louie Lighting.

I ordered a bathroom light fixture from Louie Lighting, and it arrived only a few days later. The fixture was shipped directly from the manufacturer and was packed well and in perfect condition.

Louie's price was the best I could find anywhere. Very impressed. I'd definitely buy from them again.

The wall sconces weren't needed so we sent them back. Unbroken in good condition. They charged a 30% restocking fee and based on our order that was hundreds of dollars. Plus they charged us the shipping to return it and the shipping to get here, even though there site says 'free shipping'.  Come to find out we could have ordered it directly from the manufactures website and returned it within 30 days for free. Customer service could have caredless.

Poor description of lighting product. In comparison to lighting products from other sources, poor fit and quality. Light globes made of cheap plastic with a "glass" look. Return is a nightmare. Instructed via phone call to send product with copy of invoice. Package rejected with more instructions for return authorization. Several e-mails required for RA code. Still awaiting resolution.

Time from order to shipping was a bit longer than I had expected. The day the order arrived, the website showed that the order hadn't yet been sent -- but better than the other way around. Big plus was no shipping charge and no sales tax.

Great prices. One problem I had was receiving an email several days after the order was placed saying the light bulbs I ordered were out of stock. No further explanation or expected date but my order was accepted. The bulbs came about on time so it turned out ok.
