A great store - and I love the cobalt blue tableware and salt dips. My mother collected salt cellars for years and this is the first company I have found that has a huge selection. Thank you for everything - we love the new selection of salts and we will be using them this Thanksgiving and all the way through Christmas and New Years. Very thankful I found this company. My mother's antique turkey server was broken at the last Christmas gathering - I found another one here - just in time. I am able to use it at this upcoming Holiday gathering and, since it has been a tradition passed down for many generations, it will be great to keep it going. OK - the items I received were fine. I was just surprised that you sell them for much less than the other stores here on-line. I recently renovated my kitchen and I wanted to use glass knobs. This company has a great selection and the price is very good. I received the knobs and they were easy to install. The customer service rep suggested I use a Cap Screw to get a flush finish, and it made the install easier, too. I like the product very much and my Kitchen looks great. I am glad I found you. Great experience overall - I had never changed a doorknob in my life. So this was a first. The instructions that came with them were fine - but I still needed help and you did HELP! WOW - it is rare to find a company that answers the phone and, when they do, they know the products! I am still feeling so good about it! I never thought I would find good customer service and good prices together. You have my business for life!

Hi - I was very dissatisfied with my shopping experience at lookintheattic.com. I tried unsuccessfully to place an order several times, using my Canadian credit card and correct billing information. After calling their customer service dept, there was nothing they could do for me, so I had a friend place the order instead. My friend used his Canadian credit card and US residence in the billing information and the billing went through, the charges were applied to the VISA card and then cancelled by their over-zealous security procedures resulting in a net charge of $10 USD for VISA fees on the currency conversion and NO PRODUCTS RECEIVED. When I called lookintheattic.com to point out that their security procedures are too strict as VISA had no troubles accepting the charges they said that I should know my billing information and were unapologetic.

When I emailed them, again to point out the flaw in their system I received a sarcastic reply .

So, CANADIAN CUSTOMERS - DON'T BOTHER BUYING HERE.

Horrible service. Not so much as an apology and 10$ in the hole.
