This is an excellent merchant. Products are clearly defined. The quality of their products is the best and their prices are excellent. This merchant knows how to pack their merchandise to prevent breakage.

I ordered what amounts to two boxes of DaVinci syrup, ie 24 bottles. One box arrived quickly. The other hasn't arrived yet. I e-mailed the merchant, but haven't received a reply yet. (The e-mail was sent later on Friday.)

I really liked the selection and price, however, the shipping cost was almost as much as the product. Since I live on the East Coast and this merchant is on the West Coast, I may have to look for one closer to me to save on shipping.

I recieved one of torani's fruit puree opened. It seemed like something that was opened from another customer and returned, and they've sent that item to me. very upset about the puree i've recieved. and torani's puree is too sweet, and doesn't have much flavor. (this last sentence doesn't have much to do with lollicup, more so with torani.)

Although they did provide excellent service, I felt the shipping and handling fee was a bit excessive. I did not need to use the tracking service as the product did arrive very quickly. The product is every bit as delightful as it's description. I will definately order from them again, but may wait until I have a bigger order and maybe catch a break on the shipping cost.

The product was received in a cardboard box, however the item's packaging inside the cardboard box was damaged. The box holding the stir sticks was dented and ripped, and quite a few sticks had spilled out and were no longer "sanitary". Obviously, the package was damaged prior to shipping as the external box had no marks, dents or punctures on it. The shipper obviously did not care about this.

Ordered 2 cases of mixed flavors,only one case was shipped and I had to contact Customer Service twice to get an answer as to what happened. Credit was supposed to be issued on Monday the 1st. As of this morning 10/3/2007, I have not been notified that credit has been issued.

I had origionally tried to place an order and my credit card didn't work...so my husband placed an order under his card. Someone called me today and told me my origionally order couldn't be processed--which I told her I knew. I kept trying to explain this to the caller, however, she wasn't getting it for some reason. It was frustrating.....I trust I made things clear...I don't want 10 bottles of syrup. On the UPSIDE.. I am so happy to get this syrup as I am dieting and having this is a treat for me. I need treats as I just finished my cancer treatments so being able to endulge with great flavoring w/o the calories is just wonderful...my reward so-to-speak!!!!!!
