TERRIBLE. Paid for three day shipping, two weeks later still have not recieved the items. No customer service, no one ever answers the phone and no one replies to emails. Pathetic excuse for a company.

Ordered the item. Tracking information was not available Was not sure when and if item had shipped. Called sales and customer service multiple times. Each time I called there was no answer by a person. Voice mail was always full. When the item was delivered several items were missing. I tried to call LOCK DEPOT AND EXPLAIN THE PROBLEM and once again the voice mail was full and I could not leave a message. I finally sent several emails to JEFF LANGER before I received a message via email from him. In the process, I called THE BALDWIN COMPANY & explained the problem to them. THEY TOLD ME THAT IT APPEARS THAT LOCK DEPOT HAS SOLD ME A RETURNED LOCK.

Item ordered on 7-18-2011. Item hás not been shipped. I fried to call the customer Services team. I left a Voice message inquiring about my purchase. I requested a return call. I have not heard from them.

I'm amazed at all the positive reviews for this online merchant. My experience has been just the opposite. I ordered a lock on 5/4 that was listed as being "In Stock". A day later I was told that it would be four weeks to receive the lock. I wasn't   Read full review...
