My Juicer arrived in excellent condition and all parts included. My main reason to buy this was for Wheat Grass grinding, but it does salsa, nut butters too. This is the best juicer and so easy to clean that I am using it twice a day, or more.

I purchased the Waring Blender MBB518 on May 19, and to date have not received the blender although my charge came through on May 20th. After 4 attempts through costumer service on line and twice over the phone through there customer service. With five messages to them they retuned a response to only one of them. I have been told that the order has been lost. Another order has gone in but they are out of stock. They are not sure when they are going to receive more but their best estimate is a week from today (June 10th). That will make it approximately 1 month from my original order if it comes with in their new revised estimates. Sometimes it's not always best to go with the lowest price found, reliability and customer service and timely shipping are a better deal. Take this into consideration. From the looks of other reviews there have been other "BLENDER BLUNDERS"

I ordered filters for a model 9000 purifier and the vendor LivingRight, I suppose is just a middle man who ordered it "drop shipped" from WaterWise. Well, LivingRight obviously did not follow up to ensure I got what I ordered because instead of receiving my $30.00 filters for the model 9000, they sent me a new $400.00 Model 9000 machine instead. So I had to make a phone call to WaterWise, who were not "rude" but certainly not overly polite. They told me I would have to call LivingRight until I insisted they check to see if the problem was caused on their end, which it was, so now they claim to be sending me the filters and a fedex label to send the machine back to them. So now I have to wait for the filters and then drive the the Fedex store to send their damn machine back to them. I'm not happy about this.

I haven't received my purchased product now and the experience was not accetable. I purchased a blender online one week ago but the order tracking status didn't change or update to let me know how's my order being processed. The worst thing is that I sent a quiry online to customer service and no response received yet, just like my purchased product.

It is difficult for me to respond yet because the item is in shipment to Canada with UPS and has not yet arrived. I am a bit concerned about notification from UPS that delivery will be delayed until payment is made. I presume this is for brokerage costs, taxes and possible duty. I am surprised that Living Right had not factored all of this into the shipping costs. How this turns out will determine whether or not I ever shop with them again.

I ordered my product and checked my account and noticed the monies have cleared the bank but when checking the status of the order it stills shows pending. I called the company and they were not able to advised what the problem was due to the phone being busy an was promised a email that same day of when my product would be sent. Everything was as stated on their website. The product I ordered was delivered in the time they said at the lowest price available on the web and it included free shipping. Just like picking it up at the mall except is was delivered to my door.

Web site was easily navigated to make purchase of the product. Checkout procedure is good. Did not receive notification when the item was shipped as in the case of many other web retailers but found tracking information without a problem by returning to Living Right web site.

The time from order placement (3/18/08) to expected delivery (3/27/08) seems a bit long. And my initial attempt to use the tracking at UPS didn't achieve what i wanted. I sent an email through your site to ask where the package was shipped from, but didn't receive a reply. So in all, my first experience was not a great one.
