The label had a change on it from Central Coast to Napa. It took customer service a long time to inform me of this. I had to call to say where is my order. Once I called it was sent out and received quickly.

My credit card was charged the night I ordered but the order wasn't processed and shipped out until nearly a week later and it was 12 days from order date until receipt. The wine shipped was not what was ordered and the guy I spoke with about it tried to lead me to believe that the bottles really were the reserve, but they just didn't say that on the label anymore! It was shown on the label I placed my order from which was posted as being in stock. Maybe he could have told that to some one who didn't really know that particular wine and label(s)any better and could have maybe gotten by with it. I will never attempt to order from Liquorama again. Their business conduct is far from par.

I live in Chicago IL and find Liquorama has an excellent selection of wines, including many small west coast winery products not available here in midwest and all with great prices. Liquorama web site is user friendly and customer service is quick and helpful. I will order again - and again.

Shopping was very good. Disappointed with shipping because I ordered and submitted payment on Sunday, paide for two-day delivery but the order did not ship until Tuesday. FedEx was very cooperative and removed the shipment in route so that we could pick up and deliver personally rather than missing the shipment.

The customer service experience at Liquorama is excellent. There is a continuous electronic communication process until your order is received that is customer directed. The two orders that I have done there have been processed expeditiously and I have received them in less time than other wine merchants I have used. Their selection of wines is broad and deep with all of the key information I need to make selections based on what I am looking for. My only suggestion would be to improve the on-line buying experience from a functional process as it is cumbersome. However I can live with that given the great service I receive.

The experience was fine, for the mpst part. I did get the feeling that they didn't have the items in stock. If taht is the case, then they should not offer it for sale, it made delivery a bit longer than I would typically expect. My biggest issue was with trying to reschedule devilery with fedex.

I ordered a wine selection online, however it was sold out. I was contacted promptly by Liquorama and was asked if I had a replacment preference, which was a nice service. I did not end up with product from them, but the service was great. I will order from Liquorama in the future.
